Agreement
- By using Kodspår you agree to these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.
- These terms govern your personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to run the app on devices associated with your Apple ID, within Apple's licensing rules.
- If any mandatory consumer rule in your country cannot be waived, that rule prevails over a conflicting sentence here.
Operating rules
- Kodspår provides its features as-is. Features may change with updates.
- You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Feedback you send through the support page may be used to improve the product without an obligation to compensate you, unless a separate written deal says otherwise.
- We may stop offering the app on a given platform if Apple or law requires it.

No professional advice
Calculations, reminders, organisers and similar tools in Kodspår are convenience features. They are not a substitute for a licensed professional where that would be required.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ludvig Astrom is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Sweden.
General
If a court finds one sentence unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms are the full agreement for use of Kodspår unless a signed writing says otherwise. Failure to enforce a clause is not a waiver.
